You will receive an email from the SPE Bookstore with tracking information once your order has shipped. You may also check the status of your order through your bookstore account.   

Claims for nonreceipt of orders or missing items must be made within 20 days of the date shipped. Contact books@spe.org if you have not received your order within this timeframe.
