All shipments are packaged and shipped the following business day.  SPE is unable to ship to P.O. Boxes.

Customs and Duties
Customers are responsible for any applicable customs and duties associated with their shipment.  Customs requirements and fees vary by country. SPE cannot estimate these for you.  Customs clearance for shipped goods is the sole responsibility of the customer. 

FedEx
The SPE Bookstore uses FedEx for shipping.  Once your order has been placed, you will receive a FedEx tracking number.  With that number, you will be able to check the status of your shipment on the FedEx website and we recommend you check it regularly.  After shipment, FedEx provides you with additional delivery options including having the order sent elsewhere for delivery or the option of picking it up at a local FedEx location.  If FedEx is unable to deliver your package after several tries, it will be returned to SPE.  You will be responsible for any additional shipping needed.

If you are not satisfied with the shipping options available for your order, save your order as a quote with a note.  An SPE representative will provide you with additional options.

Oversized orders/shipping
If you are placing a large order (over 150lbs in the U.S. or greater than 200lbs outside the U.S.), you will not be able to get an immediate shipping quote.  For orders in excess of these thresholds, your only shipping option will be custom oversized.  Confirm that your shipping address is correct and save the order as a quote.  A representative will be in touch with you with potential shipping options. 

Custom shipping
If, for any reason, our integrated shipping software is unable to provide a shipping quote based on your address, please choose the custom shipping option.  And, then save your order as a quote.  A bookstore representative will determine the nature of the problem and add the appropriate amount for shipping, if available.
