At the SPE Bookstore, we make every effort to provide you with the best possible online shopping experience. Shipping and handling costs are calculated based on the weight and destination of your order. This calculation is performed real-time during the checkout process. SPE ships orders in the United States via DHL ground service and international orders via DHL Courier.

Processing and Shipping Times:
Shipping times will vary, however, most domestic (U.S.) orders take 1-3 business days transit time while most international orders take 2-4 business days transit time. Transit time refers to the time it takes for a carrier, such as DHL, to deliver a package from our office to your location. An e-mail notification will be sent when your order ships, including the carrier and tracking number for your package (when available).

Processing time from order receipt to shipment depends on the stock status of the items in your order. If all items in your order are in stock, your order will usually ship within 1-3 business days. If any items in your order are not in stock, your order will usually ship in 5-7 business days. The total time required to receive your order will be based on the processing time plus the transit time. Please note that from time to time a product may go on backorder, which may delay the processing of your order by several days or weeks.

International Orders:
Please note that orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches the country of destination. The shipping and handling fees charged for the order only cover the costs to move the order from our location to the delivery address. The customer placing the order is considered the importer of record and is responsible for any additional charges for customs clearance. SPE cannot predict or control these charges. Customs policies vary widely from country to country. Please contact your local customs office for more information.
