You will receive an email from the SPE Bookstore when your order is shipped. The email includes tracking information for your package.
Alternatively, you can track your order via the bookstore. Login to the website and select the Account link in the header. Select the order you want to track from the list of your recent orders and quotes.
In the shipping area of the summary is a link with the tracking number. Clicking this link connects you to the shipping vendor's website for information about the status of your shipment.
Claims for nonreceipt of orders or missing items must be made within 20 days of the date shipped. Contact email@example.com if you have not received your order within 20 days of the date of shipment shown so that SPE can follow-up with the shipping company.
Prior to shipment
You can track your order prior to shipment as well. Wondering whether SPE has received your check or wire transfer? Login to the website and select the Account link in the header. Select the order you want to track from the list of your recent orders and quotes. At the top of the page you will see the status of that order, such as payment pending, shipment pending, completed.
If you believe that SPE should have received your payment but your order still shows payment pending, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please provide your order number and as much information as possible about your payment.
