The SPE Bookstore is happy to accept returns within 30 days of receipt of your shipment. If you would like to return an item, please contact Customer Service (books@spe.org) for authorization. Please provide the following information: - Order number and date
- Original payment method (credit card, check, wire transfer)
- Item(s) to be returned
- Reason for return
Once you receive an authorization for return, you will need to package the items and ship them to SPE (at your cost). Send returns to: SPE Bookstore

When the items are returned to stock, SPE will process a credit for payments by credit card. For other payment methods, a customer service representative will contact you to discuss options for refunding the cost of the books or other items returned. NOTE: Downloaded items cannot be returned.
