NEW FORMAT

The papers in this reprint are divided into three sections: Pore Pressure, Fracture Gradients and Borehold Pressure. The Annotated Bibliography contains summaries of papers on these topics, as well as annular-pressure loss, cuttings transport and surge/swab. A 400-paper Bibliography of papers in the pore pressure/fractured gradient area is also provided at the end of the volume and covers such topics as equivalent circulating density, overburden pressure, shallow gas, and stress around the borehole. The CD-ROM contains 22 papers.
